Booking & Payment Information

Choice of Location for your appointment:

Face-to-face appointments:
To book a face-to-face appointment at our Woolloongabba clinic, you need to choose Takes Care Specialist Centre, under Select a Location.

Telehealth appointments:
For booking telehealth appointments, you need to choose Takes Care Specialist Centre_TELEHEALTH under the same menu.

Payments:

$100 Deposit is required at the time of booking for face-to-face appointments.
Full payment is required at the time of booking telehealth appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

You can adjust your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without a fee.

Medicare & Private Health Rebates:

If you’re eligible for rebates, please check your eligibility before booking.
